The toilets need a complete overhaul!!! Also, the pool could benefit from better cleaning and maintenance. Restricting snacks at the pool is unnecessary and feels overly controlling!!! Overall, some room for improvement exists!!!

The location is truly breathtaking and convenient.

We encountered several issues during our stay that left us quite disappointed. The toilet in our room had no lid and poor flushing pressure, requiring us to improvise with a bucket of water. To add to our frustrations, the safe was difficult to use, and the front desk staff was dismissive when we sought help. Additionally, we were unhappy with the pool's cleanliness and the strict policy against bringing snacks to the area.

The pool was gorgeous with a swim-up bar. The beach access was perfect for relaxing, and we loved the massages from Naty—super professional! Plus, easy bus access to the center made exploring a breeze.

A Perfect Family Getaway with Great Convenience

Our family had a fantastic stay! The comfortable Double room offered plenty of space. The nearby Villa Rica Mocambo was a culinary delight, and we enjoyed lounging by the beautiful pool. Don’t forget to stock up at the convenience store just two blocks away for snacks!

Upon arrival, I noticed that the toilet lacked a lid, and despite quick repairs, it felt odd that a room with such a condition would be assigned. The flushing mechanism was unreliable, requiring water from a bucket for proper function. I encountered difficulties with the room safe, which still carried the previous guests' code, and it took a while to resolve. Additionally, the pool water could have been clearer, and I found it frustrating that snacks or drinks were not permitted at the pool area, forcing purchases at the hotel’s restaurant. Also, there were trash bags left on restaurant tables upon arrival, which could use better management.

This place suits me perfectly. It has beach access, a lovely spa, and a great restaurant. I remember when the staff helped me find a car service during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a relaxing city break.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the beautiful garden area that offered a peaceful escape and the proximity to Playa Boca Del Rio, which is just a short stroll away, making my walks even more delightful.

The spacious Double or Twin Room was clean and contemporary, offering a beautiful view from the window. The proximity to the beach is a major plus, but the area felt a bit remote, requiring an annoying taxi ride to downtown. Service at the restaurant was commendable, and the grilled salmon was cooked to perfection. However, the dusty rooms could use some extra attention, and the manager's communication regarding room type left something to be desired.
